I don't turn over real estate very often, so I was very anxious about a process that I don't understand. Juli took care of that, for sure. I am doing two sales, and one purchase, and nothing that presented itself fazed her a bit. She had all the answers, plus advice I didn't know needed, calmly, professionally, and cheerfully given. My first transaction took three trips that are two hours each way, and she beat me there every time, and represented me in an excellent way. "My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Julie as our realtor on the selling of our Warwick house and the purchase of our dream house in Exeter. Before putting our house on the market, we interviewed several realtors from different reality companies from around the state. Julie immediately stood out in our interview as being the best fit, not only due to her very specific and detailed marketing plan but also because of her wealth of knowledge regarding the current market and different town intrinsics such as tax rates and school systems. Once we started looking at houses, she also showed her level of knowledge when it came to home internals such as septic systems, heating/cooling system, well systems, etc. Being a realtor for many years, she has also built close relationships and significant networks with trustworthy companies that provide housing services (maintenance/repair) who all called me back within 24 hours once I told them I was a referral from Julie. Once implementing Julies marketing strategy, the initial open house brought in over 40 people in just 2 days, and our house ended up selling for 60K over ask in just 2 days! But it doesn’t stop there, once we sold our house we had 45 days to find a new one which worried both my wife and I.
